Angela Bennett

Angela (Co –owner and operator) has lived in Manhattan Beach with her husband and three children since 1997. Angela has been active in the community through Sandpipers, MBMS and Robinson Elementary School. Angela grew up in Lima, Peru in an active family that taught her early in life about healthy living.

Angela believes Indoor Cycling can achieve a rapid change in people’s level of fitness, and that it is the most efficient 55 minute workout out there! She has high energy, inspiring motivational tactics and is committed to helping people realize their fitness goals. Angela’s class looks at the entire ride as a whole, designing a calorie burning, entertaining and inspiring ride from start to finish.

Kati Hyde

Growing up under the same roof as a Head Football Coach I was surrounded by Athletes and a competitive mindset. As an adult I've been fortunate enough to work in the music business. Drawing from the two I put together a cycle class that is both physically challenging and a bit entertaining. I've been teaching all types of formats for over 20 years, AFAA, Johnny G and Reebok certified, I know time is not easy to come by, so if you are giving yourselves this hour, let's make it count. I promise a class you'll scramble to make time for.

Michael Stadvec

Michael has been in and out of the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. He started out as a Personal Trainer in the late 80's, early 90's and started cross training with Mountain biking. He later worked with Mari Winsor of Winsor Pilates and managed her Los Angeles Studios. A 5 year hiatus from his body led him to rediscovering a love for the bike and to the former Space Studio where he began spinning and lost 20 lbs.. For the past 5 years Michael and a bunch of other local Dad's have been putting between 100 to 200 miles per week around the Palos Verdes hill, doing intervals on Westchester Parkway at 5:30 am, taking on the long climbs of Topanga Canyon or the sprints to Malibu.

Michael's class brings the mountains and the flats into the Fit On Cycling Studio with an emphasis on body and muscle awareness. His music tends to swing to a hard driving rock mix of Pearl Jam, Tool, Whites Stripes and some funk like G. Love and the Gorillaz.


Inspired from some weight gain in his early years on set, PK decided to hit the gym. He became addicted to Milo Levell’s Cardio Jam class and went from the front row to the platform and never looked back. In 2013 PK led over 750 classes and only subbed out 3 times (once for Yom Kippur), one for Tour de Pier (in which he taught) and lastly for Justin Timberlake (totally excusable). His music of choice are mixes that he puts together or Top 40, EDM tracks and R&B.
