Franca Stadvec

Franca grew up in NY and SF. She attended college with Angela at SDSU, graduating with a BA in Journalism.
She went on to work in advertising, entertainment business and for Mari Winsor of Winsor pilates.
She moved to MB with Michael and their two children 13 years ago. Franca had a passion for fitness at a early age. She played Soccer and was a runner. She discovered Barre when she started to have issues with her hips from running. Barre helped relieve the pain in her hips by strengthening her core and lengthening her muscles.
Franca's have to believe you are strong, get all those negatives thoughts of what you can't do out of your head. You need to believe you are strong, tell yourself ....I AM STRONG!

Stephanie Alba

 Stephanie’s background stems from dancing, zumba, pilates and barre. Stephanie was raised in Buenos Aires Argentina and grew up listening to diverse rhythms like salsa, folk, rock and tango. In her late teens Stephanie was offered a position at Montana Tech University as a fitness instructor where she taught group classes for college credits. In 2013, she was trained by world-renowned fitness expert, Tracey Mallet of The Booty Barre. Stephanie is grateful to share her journey and vision for life. Give her an hour of your time and she will plant the seed to live a healthy lifestyle.

Deidre Kidwell

Deidre’s passion for dance began as a young girl when she realized her love of entertaining others. In her pursuit to fulfill this passion she continued her studies throughout college graduating from East Carolina University with a B.F.A in Theater and Dance. While at E.C.U she was personally mentored by famed dancer and choreographer Joseph Carrow of the New York City Ballet Company. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles where she started her own company called “New Life Theater and Dance”. In doing so she was able to bring the magical world of Dance to help mentor children in after school programs through “CYFC” Children. As an advocate for woman's health and fitness she blends her love of ballet with her love of fitness earning certifications in the Barre Method as well as Pop Physique Barre in 2006. She brings her own personality and style to her classes to keep students having fun and engaged while working their way to a stronger healthier life. She plays Alternative rock, Hip Hop, and Pop


Fit On Barre is a unique workout that focuses on utilizing your core, with precise movements to incorporate all of the major muscle groups. This creates a strong, balanced, flexible, healthy body. Based on using a technique from the teachings of Lotte Berk, muscles are first isolated and pushed to fatigue and then immediately stretched. This technique of strengthening the muscles and then stretching the muscles creates a fast result of a stronger, leaner and more flexible body.
