Jen began in fitness early on while in school, excelling in volleyball, track and cross country. Over the years, the benefits of fitness always were at the forefront. Jen has merged her passion for health and wellness into a career over the last 8 years, initially receiving her Mad Dogg (Spinning) and Barre Physique certifications in 2008. Additionally, she holds certifications in Schwinn Indoor Cycling, AFAA Group Exercise, TRX, and is a 200 hour RYT. She has also attended exclusive trainings for ViPR, Barre, Cardio Sculpt and Precision Running. Jen brings her enthusiasm for fitness to Fit On barre as well as cycle and strength classes. Her motto: whatever your age, activity level, or desired outcome, you’ll be successful and have fun- together we’ll reshape your life one workout at a time! Jen’s class is great for beginners to intermediate levels. Her class will leave you feeling proud of the hour you dedicated to the session.

Fit On Barre
Fit On Barre is a unique workout that focuses on utilizing your core, with precise movements to incorporate all of the major muscle groups. This creates a strong, balanced, flexible, healthy body. Based on using a technique from the teachings of Lotte Berk, muscles are first isolated and pushed to fatigue and then immediately stretched. This technique of strengthening the muscles and then stretching the muscles creates a fast result of a stronger, leaner and more flexible body.
