Jen Ledbetter instructs the following:
  • Cycling Class

  • Fit On 30/30 - Cycle/Circuit
  • Beginners to Advanced

    Fit HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This functional training class will focus on building your core muscles and overall body conditioning, stretching and strength.

    A Fit HIIT session consists of a cardio warm up , followed by six to ten repetitions of high intensity exercises, separated by medium intensity exercises, and ending with a period of cool down.
    Fit Hiit is intended to boost your
    cardiovascular performance, burn fat
    and tone your overall body.

  • Strength Circuit
  • Beginners to Advanced
     
    Fit HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This functional training class will focus on building your core muscles and overall body conditioning, stretching and strength. 

    Combination of strength and functional training using band, balls, and TRX (body weight). Small group setting with individual attention. 

  • Strength Circuit
  • Strength centric movement patterns using multiple plains of motion. This challenging class is a full body workout which also incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • Jen's Bootcamp

  • HIIT! (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • HIIT IT! (and STRETCH)
  • 30 Minutes of Pure HIIT (High intensity interval training) followed by a dynamic stretching and rolling session that will leave you feeling invigorated and energized.
